To keep gameplay as fun as possible, we have implemented various measures to assist end-users who wish to manage and control their activity. We also reserve the right to apply these or other measures, at our discretion, if we believe doing so is necessary to protect your interests. This Policy on Responsible Social Gameplay (“Policy”) sets out the available control tools, information, and resources to users of the Services.
The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy Framework
1. The Responsible Social Gameplay Policy is based on the guiding principles of providing users with access to control tools, information, and support resources to:
(a) make informed decisions regarding their gameplay; and
(b) prevent problem gameplay from arising through the Services.
2. We recognize that creating a fun gameplay environment is a shared responsibility, while ultimately the decision to participate rests with each individual user. We are committed to fostering a positive and responsible gameplay environment. While participation ultimately remains each end-user’s personal choice, the Site supports end-users by providing information, guidance, and a range of tools to help them manage their gameplay activity responsibly.
3. This Responsible Social Gameplay Policy forms an integral part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the Terms of Service, the Sweepstakes Rules, and the Privacy Policy. Defined terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of the Terms of Service shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
4. Please be advised that the Services offered by the Company, do not constitute “real money gambling” or any form of wagering involving monetary risk. Participation in any activities provided through the Services does not require any purchase or payment, and making a purchase or payment will not enhance or increase your chances of winning. The Services are intended solely for entertainment purposes and are strictly void where prohibited by law. We encourage all users to review the Terms of Service, the Sweepstakes Rules, and the Privacy Policy for complete details regarding eligibility, participation, and prize redemption.
5. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time in accordance with Sections 3 of the Terms of Service. Please see Sections 3 of the Terms of Service for further information. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to remain informed of any updates or changes that may affect your use of our Services.

15.5 Consider using parental controls or filtering software if multiple people share the same device or if young users frequently access it.
