THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 27 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS) WHICH INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. PLEASE SEE SECTION 10 (DISPUTES) OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF ENTRY SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION. PARTICIPATION IN SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES RULES.

YOU MAY ONLY PARTICIPATE IN SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN AND A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN OR A RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, STATE OF DELAWARE, STATE OF GEORGIA STATE OF IDAHO, STATE OF NEVADA, STATE OF KENTUCKY, STATE OF LOUISIANA, STATE OF MICHIGAN, STATE OF MONTANA, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, STATE OF NEW YORK, STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA OR THE STATE OF WASHINGTON). THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE OFFERED AND OPERATED BY COMMUNIX INC., USING SOFTWARE DEVELOPED BY COMUNIX LTD.

1. Introduction

1.1 Communix, Inc., and the Company Affiliates including Comunix Ltd is the sole sponsor of the Sweep Coins Game Play ("Sponsor", "Promoter", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). APPLE IS NOT A SPONSOR OF THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, OR INVOLVED WITH THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.

1.2 You agree to comply and be bound at all times with the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Service.

1.3 Terms which are defined in the Terms of Service and which are used in the Sweepstakes Rules, shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service, unless otherwise defined in the Sweepstakes Rules.

1.4 When you play in Sweep Coins Game Play, you may use Sweep Coins for the chance to win Redeemable Sweep Coins, which may be redeemed for Sweep Prizes according to the Terms of Service and these Sweepstakes Rules.

1.5 We may at any time add, modify, remove, discontinue or suspend the Sweep Coins Game Play or any part thereof with immediate effect and without notice to you. In no event will we be liable to you for any loss, damage or liability suffered by you which results from any addition, modification, removal or suspension of the Sweep Coins Game Play or any part thereof and for the avoidance of doubt you will have no claims with respect to such addition, modification, removal or suspension. In such an event, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all drawings and awards of Sweep Prizes and granting of Sweep Prizes, and we reserve the right to award any remaining Sweep Prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by us.

1.6 YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE SWEEPSTAKE RULES AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

1.7 IN ADDITION, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO OUR DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DECISIONS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS, YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SWEEP COINS, REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ELIGIBILITY, WINNERS, THE REDEMPTION OF SWEEP PRIZES AND YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE SWEEPSTAKE RULES AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

1.8 THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS LEGAL AND COMPLIANT WITH ALL REGULATIONS IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in the Terms of Service and the Sweepstakes Rules and to abide by and comply with the Terms of Service and the Sweepstakes Rules.

2.2 Participation in the Sweep Coins game Play Registration is only available only to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in such natural person's jurisdiction, whichever is higher, who: (i) can form legally binding contracts under applicable law; and (ii) is located in the United States and who is not located in or resident of any of Excluded Jurisdictions.

"Excluded Jurisdictions" means the State of California, the State of Connecticut, the State of Delaware, the State of Florida, the State of Georgia, the State of Hawaii, the State of Idaho, the State of Kentucky, the State of Louisiana, the State of Michigan, the State of Montana, the State of Nevada, the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, the State of Pennsylvania, the State of Rhode Island, the State of Washington, the State of Tennessee, the State of Maryland, the State of West Virginia.

2.3 Any employee, officer, director and former employee, officer and director (less than three years since such individual ceased to be an employee, officer or director, as applicable) of any member of any entity in the Company, any of their respective advertising agencies, service providers or consultants or any other entity or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Site, the Site Content, Casual Chips, Virtual Goods, Sweep Coins or Redeemable Sweep Coins and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (individuals who share the same residence at for least three months of the year), are not eligible to access the Site, register a User Account and use the Site Content, Casual Chips, Virtual Goods, Sweep Coins and Redeemable Sweep Coins and receive Sweep Prizes.

2.4 To participate in the Sweep Coins Game Play, you must log into your User Account and select the Sweeps Coin Game Play mode, subject to your User Account not being an Inactive User Account.

2.5 In order to participate in the Sweep Coins Game Play you must comply with the following and you warrant and represent to us that you comply with the following:

2.5.1 you are a natural person who is located in the United States and you are not located in or resident of any of the Excluded Jurisdictions;

2.5.2 you are at least 21 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, (whichever is higher in the relevant jurisdiction);

2.5.3 you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law;

2.5.4 you are participating in the Sweep Coins Game Play in your personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only;

2.5.5 you are using the Sweep Coins Game Play for your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person or entity;

2.5.6 you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;

2.5.7 you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country;

2.5.8 you are not listed on any relevant PEP or sanctions lists;

2.5.9 you are legally allowed to participate in the Sweep Coins Game Play; and

2.5.10 you are eligible in accordance with this Section 2, to participate int the Sweep Coins Game Play.

3. How to Collect Sweep Coins

3.1 At our discretion, you may obtain Sweep Coins in multiple free ways, as detailed below:

3.1.1 As a free bonus for Purchasing Casual Chips: You may receive Sweep Coins when you purchase specifically marked packages of Casual Chips. The number of Sweep Coins which you will receive for each qualifying promotional Casual Chips package purchase will be stated in the package details of the Casual Chips.

3.1.2 As a bonus for registering a User Account: You may receive Sweep Coins, when registering a User Account for the first time.

3.1.3 As a log in bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you log into your User Account at intervals determined by us.

3.1.4 As an Hourly/Timely bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you take certain actions with respect to the Sweep Coins Game Play as determined by us (by way of example only, spinning the wheel on a certain game every three hours).

3.1.5 Invite a Friend Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you refer an individual to register a User Account with us in accordance with our Invite A Friend Promotion terms, as determined by us.

3.1.6 In Game Challenges and Tournament Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, by completing challenges set by us with respect to certain Sweep Coins Game Play, tournaments and mini games.

3.1.7 Social Network Activity or Challenge No-Cost Giveaways: We may hold Sweep Coins no-cost giveaway contests or challenges on the www.chipmaster.com social media pages, which you can enter by following the instructions provided in the relevant contest or challenge. These giveaways may require the sharing, liking, commenting or other interaction with a specific social media post, completing a challenge or answering various game related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of the Sweep Coins given away in such contests and challenges will be stated on the applicable Sweep Coins no-cost contest post or on the relevant www.chipmaster.com social media page and will be added to each contest or challenge winner’s User Account after the conclusion of the contest or challenge (as applicable). These contests and challenges may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the contest materials at the time of the contest as well as the Terms of Service and the Sweepstakes Rules in effect at the time.

3.1.8 Level Up Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you perform various actions as determined by us when playing promotional poker games in Sweep Coins Game Play.

3.1.9 VIP Status Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you reach certain VIP status milestones as determined by us.

3.1.10 Special Store Promotion Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins, if you purchase a Casual Chips package through the Site's store which are eligible for a store promotion bonus.

3.1.11 Other Promotions on the Site or on Social Media: You may receive Sweep Coins through participating in and complying with various promotions on the Site or on social media. Please note that these promotions may be subject to additional restrictions and rules.

3.2 Please note that with respect to Sections ‎3.1.2 -‎3.1.11 (inclusive), we may notify you of the specific actions you need to take and any additional terms and conditions through social networks, social media, app notifications, SMS or via the Site which includes without limitation through banners, the relevant Sweep Coins Game Play or through the relevant Sweep Coins Game Play lobby.

3.3 In addition you may receive Sweep Coins by sending us a complying Written Request by post: You can request that we credit two Sweeps Coins to your User Account by sending us a standard unfolded and blank post card or piece of paper, which must be 4” x 6” (each, the "Written Request"), that is placed inside a stamped #10 envelope (each the "Envelope").

You must:

3.3.1 send the Written Request in the Envelope to which must be addressed in legible handwriting in blue ink to:

3.3.2 include, in legible handwriting in blue ink:

(i) on the Envelope- the words “Sweep Coins” and your return address;

(ii) on the Written Request-

1. your full name as registered on your User Account and as shown on your government-issued identification document;

2. your email address which is associated with your User Account;

3. your Communix ID number as displayed in the App (to locate your Communix ID, open the App, go to the Menu, scroll to the bottom of the Menu, and press twice on the text “Comunix LTD” to reveal the ID).

4. your applicable residential/return address registered on your User Account;

5. the time and date of making the request; and

6. the following written statement: “I am sending this card to obtain Sweep Coins and to participate in the Sweepstakes offered by chipmaster.com. I acknowledge that by sending this request, I confirm that I have read , understood and agree to be bound by the www.chipmaster.com Terms of Service and the Sweepstakes Rules.”.

3.4 The granting of the Sweep Coins through a Written Request is also subject to:

3.4.1 your handwriting on the Envelope and the Written Request being legible (as determined by us) if it is not legible, the Written Request will be void;

3.4.2 there is a limit of one Written Request for each Envelope sent;

3.4.3 the Written Request must be made by you and must be posted from the same State as your residential address registered to your User Account. Written Requests made by any other individual or any entity (including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering services) or posted from a state which is different to your residential address registered to your user account shall be invalid;

3.4.4 in the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Written Request or whether a Written Request satisfies the requirements detailed in Section ‎3.3 and this Section ‎3.4, is not resolved to our satisfaction the affected Written Request will be deemed ineligible;

3.4.5 tampering with the process with respect to the Written Request, including but not limited to the use of any device or software to automate the Written Request or to unfairly assist you with meeting the handwriting requirement, is prohibited and any such Written Request deemed by us, in our sole discretion to have been submitted in this manner will be void;

3.4.6 you must not electronically copy or duplicate any Written Request;

3.4.7 if in our sole discretion, there is an issue or fault with an Envelope, such that it does, or is reasonably likely to, cause damage to, or otherwise adversely affect, equipment used or procedures implemented to process mailed in requests (for example, handmade envelopes that are not suitable for machine processing due to poor quality or non-standard adhesive or paper) such entry will be void; or

3.4.8 in the event of a dispute as to any registration of a User Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the User Account will be deemed to be the individual seeking to obtain the Sweep Coins.

3.5 We may disqualify any individual or terminate or suspend the User Account of any individual, we determine has tampered or has attempted to tamper with the Written Request or the operation of Sweep Coins Game Play or has acted in breach of these Sweepstakes Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

3.6 You agree that we have the right to vary the number of Sweep Coins allocated for each Written Request at any time and from time to time. The number of Sweep Coins credited through the Written Request will be displayed in Section 3.3.

3.7 You accept that we are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise invalid Written Requests.

3.8 All Written Requests which we deem in our sole discretion to be invalid will not be acknowledged or returned to the sender.

3.9 All Written Requests and Envelopes shall belong to the Company.

3.10 Once we have verified to our satisfaction the Envelope and Written Request, you will receive two Sweep Coins.

4. Sweep Coins

4.1 You cannot purchase Sweep Coins.

4.2 Sweep Coins can only be used on Sweep Coins Game Play and you may only participate in Sweep Coins Game Play, if you possess in your User Account a sufficient number of Sweep Coins for playing the relevant Game in Sweep Coins Game Play. The number of Sweep Coins required for playing each Game in Sweep Coins Game Play is displayed in the applicable Game rules.

4.3 The amount of Sweep Coins which are credited to you will be displayed in your User Account.

4.4 Sweep Coins can be used to play Sweep Game Play for a chance to obtain Redeemable Sweep Coins.

4.5 Sweep Coins have no monetary value. Sweep Coins cannot be withdrawn or transferred or exchanged, however, Redeemable Sweep Coins may be redeemed for Sweep Prizes.

4.6 We may at any time remove, expire, limit, change, manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Sweep Coins, whether generally or specifically to you and we shall have no liability to you with respect to the exercise of such rights.

4.7 You agree that you shall not transfer, attempt to transfer, assign, attempt to assign, sub-license, attempt to sublicense, sell, attempt to sell, give, attempt to give, trade or attempt to trade, Sweep Coins. Any attempt by you to do any of the foregoing is prohibited and is void.

4.8 Upon selecting Sweep Coins to be used on Sweep Coins Game Play and our acceptance of this, you cannot cancel the use of such Sweep Coins.

5. Sweep Prizes

Limitations

5.1 The minimum redemption request which you can make for cash which can be obtained by redeeming Redeemable Sweep Coins is 50 United States Dollars, which may be amended by us at any time and without notice to you.

5.2 We reserve the right to limit the amount of the Redeemable Sweep Coins which you redeem, per day or to any other amount at our discretion or which is required by applicable law, regulation or our service providers, as notified to you via the Services or in the User Agreement. Currently the maximum amount of Redeemable Sweep Coins, which you can redeem for Sweep Prizes, is capped at 10,000 USD per each 24 hour period.

5.3 Please Note: (i) Any Sweep Coins granted to you cannot be directly redeemed for Sweep Prizes and must be played at least once on the Sweep Coins Game Play before Sweep Prizes can obtained by using Redeemable Sweep Coins; and (ii) however, at our discretion, we may require that any Sweep Coins granted to you must be played a greater number of times in any combination of Sweep Coins Game Play before Sweep Prizes can obtained by using Redeemable Sweep Coins .

Obtaining Sweep Prizes

5.4 Sweep Prizes are not granted until obtained through redeeming Redeemable Sweep Coins, which is for the avoidance of doubt subject to Sections ‎5.1 - ‎5.4 (inclusive).

5.5 Only Redeemable Sweep Coins will offer the opportunity to redeem them for Sweep Prizes.

5.6 Each Redeemable Sweep Coin can be redeemed for Sweep Prizes, which is for the avoidance of doubt subject to Sections ‎5.1 - ‎5.3 (inclusive).

5.7 Upon redeeming the Redeemable Sweep Coins to obtain a Sweep Prize and our acceptance of this, you cannot cancel the redemption of such Redeemable Sweep Coins.

5.8 Redemption for Cash: If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash, subject to the User Agreement, we will pay such amount in USD to the Payment Instrument. If for any reason we cannot pay cash to the Payment Instrument we may choose to pay you via the Alternative Payment Instrument, which we at our discretion may select.

With respect to Redeemable Sweep Coins redeemed by you for cash, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the details of the Payment Instrument or Alternative Payment Instrument (as applicable) is correct and up to date. If the redeemed cash does not reach you, as the details are not correct and up to date, we shall not be liable to reverse or re-issue the cash.

5.9 Redemption for Physical Sweep Prize (Except For a Digital Gift Card): If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for a Physical Sweep Prize, subject to the User Agreement, we will send the Physical Sweep Prize to the bricks and mortar address associated with your User Account when you select such Sweep Prize. If the Physical Sweep Prize is not delivered to you, we shall have no liability to you and for the avoidance of doubt we shall not be liable to provide you with a replacement Physical Sweep Prize.

5.10 Redemption for a Digital Gift Card: If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for a digital gift card subject to the User Agreement, we will send the gift card to the email address associated with your User Account when you select the gift card. If the gift card is not delivered to you, we shall have no liability to you and for the avoidance of doubt we shall not be liable to provide you with a replacement digital gift card.

Additional Redemption Provisions

5.11 No substitution, assignment or transfer of any Sweep Prizes is permitted, except by us. We reserve the right at our discretion to substitute any of the Sweep Prizes with another Sweep Prize of greater or equal value.

5.12 With respect to Sweep Prizes which are redeemed by you, which are to be sent to an email address or a bricks and mortar address, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the email address and bricks and mortar address (as applicable) which is associated with your User Account when redeeming such Sweep Prize is correct and up to date. If a Sweep Prize does not reach you as the details are not correct and up to date, for the avoidance of doubt we shall not be liable to provide you with a replacement Sweep Prize.

5.13 PRIOR TO YOUR REDEMPTION OF ANY SWEEP PRIZES, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED BY US TO RETURN VIA THE SITE YOUR GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED IDENTIFICATION, YOU MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SEND VIA EMAIL OR VIA THE US POSTAL SYSTEM TO US AN AFFIDAVIT/DECLERATION OF ELIGIBILITY AS PROVIDED BY US, A PUBLICITY/LIABILITY AGREEMENT/RELEASE AS PROVIDED BY US AND APPROPRIATE TAX FORMS, BY A DEADLINE SPECIFIED BY US. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS (WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION FAILING TO PROPERLY EXECUTE AND RETURN THE AFFIDAVIT/DECLERATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND THE PUBLICITY/LIABILTY AGREEMENT/RELEASE BY THE DEADLINE OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THE TAX FORMS BY THE DEADLINE), AT OUR DISCRETION MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND YOUR FORFEITURE OF THE SWEEP PRIZE AND THE REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS USED TO REDEEM SUCH SWEEP PRIZE.

5.14 WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF ANY SWEEP PRIZES.

5.15 IN THE EVENT THAT YOU REDEEM A PHYSICAL SWEEP PRIZE, ONCE IT LEAVES OUR OR OUR SUPPLIERS PREMISES, WE SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY TO YOU WITH RESPECT OF SUCH PHYSICAL PRIZE.

5.16 THERE MAY BE THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY TO THE SWEEP PRIZE WHICH YOU HAVE REDEEMED, WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION AN EXPIRATION DATE. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF AND COMPLY WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

5.17 IF YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED A SWEEP PRIZE THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU, THE VALUE OF THE MISTAKENLY ISSUED PRIZE WILL (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OTHER REMEDIES AND ACTIONS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO US) CONSTITUTE A DEBT OWED BY YOU TO US. IN THE EVENT OF AN INCORRECT CREDITING, YOU ARE OBLIGED TO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL TO: support@chipmaster.com. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT FROM YOUR USER ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE CHARGE OR ADJUST YOUR USER ACCOUNT TO CORRECT ERRORS.

6. Payments, Fees and Taxes

Payments

6.1 The redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash are in United States Dollars, and it is your responsibility to ensure and confirm that your Payment Instrument and Alternative Payment Instrument can accept and process transactions in United States Dollars.

6.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that the details of any Payment Instrument and Alternative Payment Instrument are accurate and correct. If you input the incorrect details of your Payment Instrument and Alternative Payment Instrument, and we process your Sweep Prize redemption using those details, the redemption of your Sweep Prize is considered complete and we are not required to reverse or reissue that Sweep Prize redemption, whether for cash or otherwise.

Subject to the User Agreement, if you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash, you acknowledge and agree that it may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process the relevant payment to your Payment Instrument or Alternative Payment Instrument (as applicable).

Fees

6.3 We reserve the right to charge you processing fees with respect to receiving Sweep Prizes and the processing fees with respect to receiving Sweep Prizes will be charged to you in Redeemable Sweep Coins.

6.4 We may charge you a rake fee for the poker style games which you participate in ("Rake Fee"), a commission for the poker tournaments which you participate in ("Poker Tournament Commission") and a commission on the casino mini games which you participate in ("Casino Mini Game Commission"). The Rake Fee, Poker Tournament Commission and Casino Mini Game Commission will be deducted from your Sweep Coins balance, if you use Sweep Coins to participate in the poker style games, poker tournaments or casino mini games (as applicable).

6.5 You are responsible for all foreign exchange transaction fees, charges, or other related costs which are charged or incurred in relation to payments made to us or by us, including but not limited to any losses or costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.

Taxes

6.6 Your redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes and Sweep Prizes are exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, charges and similar governmental assessments, including sales taxes, uses tax, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, excise, business, service, and similar transactional taxes imposed by any jurisdiction and the interest and penalties thereon, excluding taxes based on our net income (collectively “Applicable Taxes”), which you solely shall be responsible to pay.

6.7 All payments made by us, and the redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes, such shall be inclusive of all Applicable Taxes which you solely shall be responsible to pay.

6.8 In addition, we reserve the right to charge you any Applicable Taxes or charge a fee to offset any Applicable Taxes.

6.9 In the event that under applicable law, we are required to deduct and withhold any amount from Sweep Prizes and to pay over to the relevant tax authorities, any amount on account of Applicable Taxes, any such amount deducted and withheld by the Company shall be deemed paid to you for all purposes hereunder.

6.10 You confirm to us, that you are not subject to backup withholding tax because:

6.10.1 you are exempt from backup withholding;

6.10.2 you have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that you are subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends; or

6.10.3 the IRS has notified you that you are no longer subject to backup withholding.

6.11 Prior to your redemption in aggregate of 600 United States Dollars or more in Redeemable Sweep Coins over one calendar year we may suspend your ability to redeem Redeemable Sweep Coins, until you provide us with your address and social security details as well as any other information and documentation we may request. These details will be used to allow us to comply with tax regulations and may be shared with appropriate tax authorities and our third party service providers. If we do not receive such information and documentation, or at our sole discretion we believe that such information or documentation is incomplete, false or inaccurate, such suspension shall remain, until we have received such information to our satisfaction. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section shall in no way detract from our rights in Section 6 (Verification) in the Terms of Service nor from terminating or suspending your User Account.

6.12 You are solely responsible for filing and paying applicable state and federal taxes, duties, levies or fees on Redeemable Sweep Coins and Sweep Prizes.

6.13 The Company may decide in its sole discretion whether or not it wishes to provide you with any details in connection with your individual tax filing obligations, or otherwise. We do not offer any tax advice. If you require any tax advice or assistance regarding tax matters, you should consult with an appropriate advisor.

7. Verification of Potential Winners

7.1 POTENTIAL WINNERS OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION THE VERIFICATION CHECKS STATED IN SECTION 6 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

7.2 YOU ARE NOT A WINNER OF ANY OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, EVEN IF THE SERVICES INDICATE YOU ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING SPIN, PLAY, POKER ROUND, HAND, OR EQUIVALENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY US TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

7.3 SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

7.4 IF YOU ARE GRANTED REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED BY US TO RETURN VIA THE PLATFORM YOUR GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED IDENTIFICATION, YOU MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SEND VIA EMAIL OR VIA THE US POSTAL SYSTEM AN AFFIDAVIT/DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AS PROVIDED BY US, A PUBLICITY/LIABILITY AGREEMENT/RELEASE AS PROVIDED BY US AND APPROPRIATE TAX FORMS, BY A DEADLINE SPECIFIED BY US. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS (WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION FAILING TO PROPERLY EXECUTE AND RETURN THE AFFIDAVIT/DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND THE PUBLICITY/LIABILTY AGREEMENT/RELEASE BY THE DEADLINE OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THE TAX FORMS BY THE DEADLINE), AT OUR DISCRETION MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND YOUR FORFEITURE OF THE REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS.

7.5 IF YOU ARE A TENTATIVE WINNER AND CANNOT BE CONTACTED BY US OR YOU CANNOT BE VERIFIED BY US IN A TIMELY MANNER, YOU MAY AT OUR DISCRETION BE DISQUALIFIED, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL FORFEIT AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO THE SWEEP PRIZE.

8. Release

By playing the Sweeps Coin Game Play, you agree to release and hold harmless each entity in the Company and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, stockholders, agents, partners, licensors, subcontractors, suppliers and any entity responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweep Coins Game Play (collectively the "Discharged Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury, arising out of or relating to your Written Request.

9. Further Limitations of Liability

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN SECTION 24.3 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY) OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES), OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (THAT IS COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY) AND YOU FURTHER WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9.2.2 ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO ANY WRITTEN REQUEST INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IF CAUSED BY YOU OR FOR ANY FAULTY OR FAILED ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSMISSIONS OR PRINTING ERROR;

9.2.3 ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR IN RESPECT OF THE OPERATION OR ADMINISTRATION OF SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;

9.2.4 ANY UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE WRITTEN REQUEST PROCESS OR THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;

9.2.5 ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR ALTERATION, OF REQUESTS FOR SWEEP COINS;

9.2.6 INACCESSIBILITY OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY NETWORK OR WIRELESS SERVICE, THE INTERNET OR WEBSITE OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF;

9.2.7 ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY MATERIALS RELATED TO SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;

9.2.8 ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE RECEIPT, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY SWEEP PRIZE; OR

9.2.9 ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, INTERRUPTION FAILURE OR ERROR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DISCONNECTION DELAY, INTERRUPTION OR DEFECT IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.

9.3 IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR SWEEP COINS OR REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS IS CONFIRMED BY US TO HAVE BEEN ERRONEOUSLY DELETED, LOST OR OTHERWISE DESTROYED OR CORRUPTED, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS REPLACEMENT BY SPONSOR OF AN EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF SWEEP COINS OR REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS (AS APPLICABLE).

9.4 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SITE CONTENT, SWEEP COINS, REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS, OR SWEEP PRIZES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES RULES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.

10. Disputes

10.1 FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, SECTION 27 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS) IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

10.2 BY AGREEING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKE RULES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 27 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS).

11.1 For a list of winners with respect to any one spin, play, poker round, poker hand or equivalent on Sweep Coins Game Play, you may submit a request within a year of that date, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope stating “I am formally requesting the list of Sweep winners from the following Sweep Coins Game Play” along with reference to the relevant Game played in Sweep Coins Game Play, the month, day, and year of the date, entry fee, and prize offered to:

13. Additional Provisions

13.2 If we determine that your posts or comments: (i) on any of the www.chipmaster.com social media pages are incorrect, damaging, libelous, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexual, offensive, abusive, indecent, threatening, bullying, spiteful, upsetting, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful or prejudicial of any person or group on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability; or (ii) elsewhere, which are unfair, incorrect, damaging, harassing, bullying, spiteful or upsetting, which is directed at us, our representatives or other end users of the Services, we reserve the right to:

13.2.1 remove the posts or comments;

13.2.4 terminate or suspend your account.
