Communix Inc. (“Communix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a social casino-style format (the “Standard Play”) which offers game play via “Gold Chip Games,” and a sweepstakes-based promotional format (“Promotional Play”) which offers game play via “Sweeps Coin Games” (the “Service”).

The Games provided on the Site are offered and operated by Communix, Inc., using software developed by Communix Ltd.

If you use the Service through a third-party platforms (such as Facebook), we may receive certain Personal Information about you from such platforms.

We may also collect certain information about your activities on or through the connected third-party applications or through your use of the Service and other publicly-available information, including but not limited to your player behavior and gameplay information such as sweepstakes entries, participation history, prize claim, session duration, and behavioral monitoring, session duration.

We may also collect information through your use of the Service such as if you participate in player forums and message boards, post comments to other users, send private messages or invitations to other users, chat with users or post information.

We may receive certain billing and payment information if and when you pay any amount or otherwise transfer funds through the Service: (i) details of what you have purchased from us; (ii) amount/unit price paid; (c) method of payment used during the purchase; (d) payer ID; (e) e-mail address; (f) wallet type; and (g) customer ID. We will not store your financial information, however, our payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like your name, billing address, etc.

Transfer of Information Internationally

When you use our services, your Personal Information may be sent to other countries including without limitations to the United States or out of the United States to other countries. For example, these Tracking Technologies are used for authentication (to remember when you are logged-in) and support other features of our Services;

 

• Performance Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies collect information about your online activity (for example the duration of your visit on our Services), including behavioral data and content engagement metrics. These Tracking Technologies are used for analytics and research and to perform statistics (based on aggregated information).

 

• Marketing or Advertising Tracking Technologies – these Tracking Technologies are used to deliver tailored offers to you, based on your derived interests, as well as to perform email marketing campaigns. They are usually placed by our advertisers (for example advertising networks) and provide them with insights about the people who see and interact with their ads, visit their websites or use their app.

Why and With Whom We Use and Share Your Information

Please note that other users will be able to see descriptions of your game activity and your public profile information and to communicate with you within the Service.

Among others, we may broadcast, display, show and otherwise share live or recorded games from worldwide tables and tournaments. We may do this through any commercial or other channels such as (without limitation) Facebook live, Youtube, Twitch, etc. For the avoidance of any doubt, games played in private tables will not be broadcasted (however such games may be recorded).

Third-Party Advertising

We do not actively share Personal Information with third-party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. When advertisers place ads in the Service, they may collect or we may share certain performance data (e.g. a number of clicks on advertisements), aggregated and/or de-identified information about users, certain technical information (e.g., IP addresses, social network ID and other contextual data about your gameplay.

The information collected as set forth above may be used in order to measure the effectiveness of ads, offer targeted advertising and/or perform web analytics.

Advertisers may collect this information through the use of tracking technologies like cookies and web beacons (see above). If you do not want to receive tailored advertisements from third parties, please follow the instructions below.

 

Marketing and advertising

We may use your Personal Information ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with in-app promotional materials concerning the Services as well as products, services, websites and applications which relate to: (i) affiliated companies or (ii) Company's business partners and affiliates (collectively, “Marketing Affiliates”), which we believe may interest you.

These communications may be delivered through various channels, such as email, in-app notifications. We may also send you SMS upon obtaining you prior explicit consent.

You may at any time decline receiving further marketing offers from us or from our business partners and Marketing Affiliates by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us at  support@getcomunix.com. 

Please note that even if you unsubscribe from our marketing mailing list, we may continue to send you in-app service-related updates and notifications.

 

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with third-party suppliers and partners to perform services on our behalf, like processing payments, AML/KYC processes, analyzing data, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and to help us in our marketing efforts. We require such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of the information we share with them and not to use your information for anything other than to provide services on our behalf.

 

Sale or Merger

In the event that we consummate a merger or an acquisition by another company or otherwise undergo a change of control, we may disclose or transfer all of your information, including Personal Information, to the successor company.

• Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal data or an authorized agent. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal data relates to you; and

No fee usually required
