To protect your Chip Master account, we recommend following these best practices:
1. Create a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone
2. Use the app on your primary mobile device and avoid logging in on multiple devices
3. Connect through trusted networks and avoid using public Wi-Fi whenever possible
Please note that Chip Master cannot prevent security breaches that occur outside our system. For this reason, we encourage you to take every precaution to keep your account safe.
Is there a Daily Bonus?
Chip Master provides daily rewards to help you get more value from your playtime. Each day you sign in to the app, the Daily Bonus will appear automatically, offering free Chips, Spins, and other rewards. The more consecutive days you log in, the greater the rewards become. If you miss a day, you will automatically return to Day 1.
Please note that Sweep Chips become available starting the day after your phone number has been verified.

What is the Lucky Bonus Wheel?
Wheel FREE SPINS are available every few hours to redeem FREE Chips. As you continue to level up in the game, the value of the rewards available on the wheel will increase, giving you greater benefits the further you progress.
What is Slotopoker?
Slotopoker is a bonus mini-game available between hands that gives you additional rewards and entertainment. To play, open the mini-game by selecting the yellow Slotopoker button at the bottom of the table screen, then press the green Play button to start a spin.
The amount you wager is based on the stakes of the table you’re currently playing at, and you can adjust the bet value using the + and – buttons. Choosing MAX sets the bet to the highest available amount. When you play, you’ll receive rewards in the same currency as your current mode (Casual Chips or Sweep Chips).
For a full list of available rewards, tap the blue (i) icon at the top left corner of the game screen. Your first spin of the day is free.

What is Sweep?
Sweep is a game mode where you can play using Sweep Chips for the chance to win real cash prizes
Casual and Sweep are two different ways to play:
• Casual Chips are used for entertainment and practice. They have no cash value
• Sweep Chips are used in sweepstakes games which accumulate a redeemable balance that can be used to collect real money (once you’ve met the minimum redemption and verification requirements)
You can switch between Casual and Sweep using the game toggle at any time after verifying your account.
What's the difference between Casual Coins and Sweep Coins?
Casual Coins are the primary play-money currency in casual play mode, intended for recreational poker sessions. You can pick up extra Casual Coins by winning games or through bonus features. They’re also offered in the shop as well as in the complimentary Daily Reward.
Casual Coins have no real-world cash value. They are strictly for entertainment purposes and to display your achievements within the Chip Master community.
Sweep Coins are the currency used in sweepstakes mode. You can collect Sweep Coins as you play in the tables, through bonus features and enjoy free Sweep Bonus Coins when purchasing special packs.
Any Sweep Coins you win during sweepstakes play can be exchanged for real-money prizes once you’ve reached the minimum cash-out amount and completed identity verification.
Why can't I join sweep?
Before your account is activated, we run a few quick checks. We use phone number verification to confirm that players are accessing Sweep from an eligible location. At this time, our app is available only in the United States on iOS devices. Simply verify your phone number in the app, and you’ll be ready to start playing
